Temperature measurement also plays a major role in energy generation, as in (gas) turbines, boilers and steam pipelines.

In all of these areas, Thermo Electric has for many years specialized in developing special products that have by now been adopted by many customers as standards. To maintain these standards, Thermo Electric has set up systems for these customers that make rapid engineering extremely simple. These systems are called 'Cook-Books': complete engineering and calculation tools, tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
