LDPE High pressure temperature sensors

To guarantees and maintains high quality standards, for that reason all pressurized joints of our high pressure sensors are vacuum brazing. Vacuum brazing is a completely automated control technique, which eliminates human errors during the soldering process. For each design the most suitable brazing alloy is selected with a strong emphasize on gold based alloys, which show outstanding strength and adherence capabilities.

An additional feature of vacuum brazing : it ensures a product of high and reproducible quality, since the process is always performed under the same parameters. Another advantage of vacuum brazing : heat treatment can be integrated into the brazing cycle ensuring, at the end gives this a proper mechanical values.
