Tube skin sensors

Tube skin thermocouples with a protection-pad accurately measure skin temperature in fired process furnaces and boilers. The protection-pad thermocouple is designed to minimize temperature measurements problems caused by flame impingement and radiant heat. Correct installation of the skin thermocouples is the most critical factor in assuring long thermocouple life. An important fact to remember is that there is not answer applicable to all furnaces. Each installation must be given individual consideration to ensure optimum thermocouple performance.

For each application we have different types of measurements design, like weld-pad, V-pad or other constructions with or without protection-pad. The materials which can be used, are depending on the process conditions.
