Meet the Team
Meet Sergen Keserci, who has been part of the Thermo Electric Instrumentation team for a year, working as a production employee.
Sergen enjoys the focus and structure of his role, where he can apply his technical knowledge and training directly into practice. Being hands-on and detail-oriented helps him feel right at home in the production environment.
Having patience is important to Sergen, along with accuracy and concentration, all essential to delivering high-quality work. He’s often recognised for his precision and the care he puts into every task.
Outside of work, Sergen enjoys VR gaming, football, Formula 1, sports, and has a real passion for BMWs. He’s travelled with his family to destinations like Turkey, Orlando Disney World, Saudi Arabia, Barcelona, and Paris, and is now preparing for his very first solo trip to Germany and Sweden!
Looking ahead, Sergen is eager to broaden his skills and explore opportunities in engineering. He would love to help improve technical drawings and optimise production flows—bringing practical solutions that are easy for everyone to understand and implement.
