What You Can Report
The whistleblower function is intended for reporting serious concerns such as:
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Violations of Indutrade or Thermo Electric policies
- Fraud, corruption or unethical behaviour
- Safety, environmental or major compliance risks
You do not need proof, but reports must be made in good faith.
How to Report a Concern
1 )Speak to Thermo Electric Management: If employees feel comfortable, they may raise their concerns with their manager or directly with the Thermo Electric Managing Director.
2) Use the Indutrade External Whistleblower Channel: If you prefer to report anonymously, or if the matter is serious, you can use the Indutrade Group whistleblower function. This secure reporting channel is administered by a third party and allows fully confidential submissions. You can access the whistleblower channel via the Indutrade website.
How Reports Are Handled
- All reports are received by the Whistleblowing Committee
- Your identity will not be investigated or disclosed
- Information is treated confidentially
- A review is carried out to determine appropriate actions
- External specialists may be involved when necessary
Protection Against Retaliation
No one who raises a concern in good faith will face retaliation. This includes employees, contractors, partners and external parties.
If You Are Not an Employee
External stakeholders can also report suspected serious misconduct through our whistleblower channel.
