Meet Dominique Spaargaren: Precision, Progress & Positivity in Production.
Dominique has been a valued member of the Thermo Electric team for over 3.5 years. What started as a one-day trial quickly turned into a fulfilling career in production. Since then, Dominique has brought dedication and a positive attitude to the team every day.
What he enjoys most about his role is the variety. No two days are the same, which keeps his work challenging and enjoyable. Dominique thrives on learning and growing and appreciates the strong support from his supervisor.
When he’s not at work, Dominique’s interests include football, table tennis, and cars. He’s a regular at ADO Den Haag matches and occasionally travels to away games with his father, making some great memories.
Looking ahead, Dominique sees a potential future as part of the assembly team, continuing to enjoy his work while taking on new responsibilities and sharpening his focus to expand his skills.
