Specialized Sensing: We engineered and manufactured Spike and Profile Thermocouples specifically designed for high-stakes processes such as doping, etching, and deposition.
Contamination Control: All manufacturing was conducted in our certified clean room environment, ensuring the strict cleanliness required to prevent process contamination.
High-Temp Verification: Utilizing our in-house ISO 17025–accredited laboratory, we provided calibration and validation up to 1500°C, ensuring sensor accuracy under extreme thermal conditions.
Strategic Approvals: The solution was backed by our status as an ASM-approved supplier and our internal qualification for Tokyo Electron (TEL) processes, validating our technical capability.
